We can take charge of improving our own health and well-being by recognizing our needs, measuring how well we are taking care to get them met and creating plans to add habits to our life that serve to enhance our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual heath and wellbeing. This week we focus on C or Calming interventions such as: Mindful (Observation, Listening, Breathing; Body scan, Non-judging, Acceptance); Prayer and Meditation; Walking in nature; Serenity prayer; and Loving kindness meditation.
