Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety or depression? Have you been struggling to cope with major life transitions or difficult situations? Are you interested in learning practical skills to help you cope better, overcome challenges and make positive changes in your life?
If so, this is the group for you!
This 4-week program uses a cognitive behavioural approach for addressing how our feelings, thoughts, and actions are linked.
We will talk about how learning to change your thoughts and actions can improve feelings of control and self-worth.
Ability to attend regularly and complete a modest amount of homework (i.e., 20-30 min/day) is required to help you integrate these changes into your life.
