Increasingly, universities are expected to help address complex issues by engaging with key stakeholders outside of the academy through mutually beneficial partnerships that produce and apply knowledge. Community engaged scholarship calls upon faculty, students and staff to apply their expertise to real-world problems and collaborate with peers in other sectors.
