This style of Yoga connect breath and movement, moving fluidly from one pose to the next while cultivating equanimity and awareness. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, stamina. Benefits including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction. One of the most famous Vinyasa is the Sun Salutation.
