The VIU Community Peace Garden germinated in 2008, and serves as a space for learning, gathering, and relationship building with nature and the food we depend on. We all eat for a living. Food growing, seed saving, plant medicine, identification and traditional ecological knowledge are all essential skills that we take with us on our lifelong journey. You are invite to participate in this nurturing space, to get your hands dirty, and to help cultivate community.
