The term happiness is used to denote mental or emotional states, including positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy. The term is also used in the context of life satisfaction, and a subjective sense of flourishing and well-being.

What comes first? Success or happiness? Are you waiting for that future day when you are finally successful to be happy? Shawn Achor's research would say happiness breeds success.

This workshop will lay out the components of Dr. Seligman's PERMA model for well-being and flourishing and ways to build happiness will also be explored. The aim is also for you to walk away with some concrete ideas concerning how you can enhance your own levels of happiness, resilience and sense of well-being.

Identify actions that enhance positive emotions based on the PERMA model
Explore the mindsets and habits that can tear down or build up positive relationships
Identify and commit to practices that will enhance your personal happiness levels
