The purpose of this workshop is to learn about your brain and how to better regulate yourself when you find yourself in stressful and difficult situations. The goal is to be more adaptive and resourceful in your response to difficult situations that tend to cause stress in the moment. Learn tips and tricks for how to expand the 10 and ground yourself and access your whole brain when under stress.
