Explore categories of interventions that spell ACTIONS: Active, Calming, Thinking, Identity Optimizing, Nourishing Social. This week we will focus on Identity Interventions such as: Positive Introduction – write a 300 word positive introduction of yourself; Strengths identification; Using strengths in a new way; Mindset shifts; Identity groups; Best possible self ; Job crafting. We can take charge of improving our own health and well-being by recognizing our needs, measuring how well we are taking care to get them met and creating plans to add habits to our life that serve to enhance our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and wellbeing.
