This week we will focus on Nourishing Interventions such as: Quality sleep; Rest and fun breaks; Brain and heart healthy diet, and Savoring; Me time; Self-compassion mediation; Nourishing happiness; Cultivating sacred moments; Rest-break at work; Massage. We can take charge of improving our own health and well-being by recognizing our needs, measuring how well we are taking care to get them met and creating plans to add habits to our life that serve to enhance our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and wellbeing.
