This week we will focus on Optimizing Interventions such as: Narrative Pivot; Goal-setting; Identify three specific steps you could take to achieve a goal; Psychological capital; Coaching; Miracle question; Resilience; Mental time travel; Good enough.. We can take charge of improving our own health and well-being by recognizing our needs, measuring how well we are taking care to get them met and creating plans to add habits to our life that serve to enhance our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and wellbeing.
