Building 170 - The Gathering Place
Each week we will explore on of the categories of interventions that spell ACTIONS. Active, Calming, Thinking, Identity Optimizing, Nourishing Social. This week will we explore Thinking Interventions. We can take charge of improving our own health and well-being by recognizing our needs, measuring how well we are taking care to get them met and creating plans to add habits to our life that serve to enhance our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and wellbeing. This week we will focus on Thinking Interventions such as: Notice the positives from past events; Three funny things; Benefit finding; Spot the positives; Discussing beliefs; Your best ever experience; Your worst life experience; Positive reminiscence; Capturing happiness.
