Building Resilience
Monday October 21
Building Resilience is dedicated to supporting post-secondary institutions to achieve wellness for faculty and staff. The Plan for Resilience tool provides an opportunity to explore factors that test one’s resilience. These factors could create stress for some people and the protective strategies suggested can help develop resilience and enhance one’s ability to cope when a crisis does occur. Creating a plan may not help avoid the crisis, but can make it much easier to get through it.
The Plan for Resilience includes the following sections:

3. Choosing Healthier Strategies
4. Recognizing and Exploring Your Stressors
5. Balancing Your Support Network
6. Examining Your Options
